The role involves managing timelines, budgets, and on-site execution, while collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to bring creative builds to life. The position requires travel to event sites for installations and breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event stand projects.

• Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and on-site teams.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards on-site.

• Travel to event sites for installations and breakdowns.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in exhibition/event project management.

• Experience with custom and modular stand builds.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings and manage on-site installations.

• Full driving license (if applicable).
