DG Gulf FZE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of EV charging station deployment across the UAE. You will manage subcontractors, approvals, and timelines while ensuring compliance with local authority regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep network within UAE utilities and municipal bodies, with hands-on experience in EV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of EV charger installations, from civil works to commissioning.

• Manage authority approval processes across all Emirates.

• Supervise subcontractors for daily civil and electrical works.

• Oversee procurement coordination, ensuring timely hardware delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 45001, ADQCC, RoHS, IEC 61851, and 62196 standards.

• Prepare and submit progress reports, identifying risks and mitigation plans.

• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage site testing phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience managing EV infrastructure or power/civil projects in the UAE.

• Proven track record with authority approvals (DEWA, SEWA, ADD, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory standards for EV charging.

• Solid subcontractor management experience.

• Familiarity with smart charging technology, OCPP protocols, and electrical integration.

• Excellent project management skills (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

Preferred:

• Existing network within utility companies or local authorities.

• Technical background in electrical/civil engineering.

• Experience in fast-paced, multi-site project environments.
