As part of its growth in the GCC and MEA regions, we are hiring a Project Manager to lead electronic transitions and regulatory compliance projects in the healthcare sector.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with deep expertise in healthcare e-platforms and regulatory systems to manage the integration and optimization of electronic medical claims platforms (e.g. DHPO, Shafafiya, Riayati, NPHEIS). The role involves regulatory transition oversight, medical coding expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure platform compliance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of electronic medical provider platforms ensuring regulatory alignment across the GCC and MEA.

• Oversee the execution of healthcare E-transformation projects in compliance with regional laws.

• Manage medical coding transitions using CPT, ICD (IM/CM), ACHI, DRG, E&M, and modifiers.

• Act as primary liaison with local regulators and healthcare compliance bodies.

• Prepare and present progress reports, risk mitigation strategies, and project outcomes to leadership.

• Monitor electronic claims processes and ensure business alignment and cost-efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PMO, Claims, Compliance, Network Ops, Tech).

• Train internal teams on coding standards and maintain project documentation.

• Maintain alignment with Allianz’s Delegation of Authority Policy (DOAP).

• Travel across GCC/MEA regions for hands-on project execution as required.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management for e-claims/regulatory platforms.

• Strong command of GCC regional e-platforms (Shafafiya, DHPO, Riayati, etc.).

• Certifications in medical coding (CPC, CCS, COC, CIC, CCA).

• Advanced knowledge of medical billing/coding systems and e-claims transformation.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English and Arabic required.

• Flexibility for international travel and remote project management.

• Legal right to work in the UAE.
