Job Overview:

Egis is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join its Design Management Office (DMO) in Dubai. This role involves overseeing and coordinating high-impact design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple design projects across sectors.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee resource allocation and team efficiency across projects.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder reporting.

  • Ensure projects comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and sustainability goals.

  • Promote best practices in project management and drive process improvements within the DMO.

  • Deliver projects aligned with architectural and engineering excellence.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience managing design/architectural projects.

  • Strong command of project lifecycle, design standards, and management methodologies.

  • Proven track record of leading successful multi-stakeholder design initiatives.

  • Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and design software.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
