About the Client:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale real estate and high-rise construction projects in Dubai. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, financial oversight, and hands-on management of construction activities from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Project Planning & Development

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management and PMC.

• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and due diligence to assess project viability.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

🏗️ Construction Oversight

• Manage all phases of construction to ensure project progress aligns with quality standards and deadlines.

• Perform regular site inspections to assess safety, compliance, and build quality.

• Resolve technical and execution issues by coordinating closely with PMC, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

💰 Budget & Cost Management

• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and expenditure.

• Approve invoices, track payments, and ensure financial alignment with project goals.

• Identify and implement cost optimization without compromising quality.

📊 Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project milestones using project management tools like MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms.

• Prepare progress updates, performance metrics, and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities and decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Indian (Male candidates preferred), age 40 or below.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; PMP or CPM certification is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management, including 5+ years in Dubai.

• Proven success in managing high-rise residential developments and mixed-use real estate projects.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department approvals, especially for off-plan developments.

• Proficient in project management software, with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to fast-paced environments.
