Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Project Manager – Business Excellence to manage the execution of projects assigned, including planning, monitoring, execution, control, and closure. The role focuses on process optimization and enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency within the Carrefour value chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Carrefour value chain touchpoints to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with function leads, business units, and cross-functional teams to align strategies and initiatives

• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring operational issues and provide solutions

• Prepare detailed project plans, including risk assessments, stakeholder mapping, and resource requirements

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, facilitating progress meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior management and C-suite stakeholders

• Analyze data, prepare cost-benefit analyses, and develop business cases for project proposals

• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to track project performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred)

• 6+ years of experience in operations or project management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail
