ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of medium to moderately complex projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing financial and schedule commitments, and leading a project team to achieve project goals. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project risks, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Project Execution – Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.
📊 Risk and Financial Management – Define project plans and budgets, track progress, and manage financials, including invoicing and cash flow.
📅 Team Leadership – Guide and coach the project team, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to ABB’s policies.
💼 Contract & Claims Management – Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with ABB’s policies.
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with Supply Chain Management, procurement teams, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
🌱 Continuous Improvement – Capture lessons learned and ensure formal project close-out and customer acceptance.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) and PMP certification.
🛠 Experience – 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in drives and motor-related projects.
💼 Contract & Financial Skills – Strong negotiation, contract management, and financial/commercial background.
🌍 Language – Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
