Position Title: Project Manager – High-End Residential Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 30,000 – 32,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

About the Role:
Join a prestigious boutique interior design and architecture studio delivering ultra-luxury residential projects across the region. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an international background (UK, US, Europe, or Australia/New Zealand) to lead the successful delivery of high-spec private homes and luxury villas.

You’ll take ownership of project timelines and site operations—from planning through to handover—ensuring seamless coordination between designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. With a focus on design integrity and build quality, you’ll manage construction sequencing, site reviews, quality assurance, and project reporting while supporting the Senior Project Manager on cost and technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery for multiple ultra-luxury residential builds

• Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution

• Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Oversee mock-ups, inspections, construction sequencing, and site quality control

• Support with programme tracking, cost control, and technical delivery

• Maintain strong communication across stakeholders and ensure progress reporting

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience managing high-end residential projects (villas, private homes, penthouses, etc.)

• Previous experience in UK, US, Europe, or Australia/New Zealand is mandatory

• Background with design-led studios, consultancies, or as client representative preferred

• Strong understanding of construction detailing, finishing, and site coordination

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Degree-qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• UAE experience is a plus but not essential

• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate
