Barco Developers, a fast-growing real estate development firm in the UAE, is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of its flagship building project. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a strong background in real estate or construction project management. The successful candidate will oversee the development from pre-launch to handover, ensuring alignment across teams, timely delivery, and strategic coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from design through to handover
• Coordinate with architects, design teams, marketing agencies, and consultants to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Oversee the creation of visual and marketing assets including 3D renders, brochures, and digital content
• Handle submission and follow-up of all government and municipal approvals
• Monitor progress across departments, identify risks early, and implement solutions
• Serve as the main liaison between the development team and external stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and next steps
• Ensure the project stays on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with sales brokers to support unit sales and align marketing with sales strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction within the UAE
• Strong understanding of development cycles, marketing workflows, and regulatory processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
