


The Project Manager at CCS COMSERVICE UAE will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate people and resources to efficiently execute and deliver projects.

Delegate tasks to team members best suited to complete them.

Manage internal and external communication to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Perform quality control throughout project development to meet established standards.

Assess risks and manage project budgets effectively.

Identify project goals, scope, and deliverables and plan project tasks accordingly.

Ensure timely delivery of all project outputs.

Manage all project resources, including personnel and materials.

Effectively communicate with stakeholders and project team members.

Identify and eliminate project blockers and potential risks to ensure smooth execution.

Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with set timelines and budgets.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (mandatory).

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE, ideally managing civil engineering or construction-related projects.
