BEYOND Developments is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of real estate development projects in Dubai. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors. The successful candidate will ensure that projects meet BEYOND’s high-quality and ultra-luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with commercial, development, and design teams.

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from tendering to on-site execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules.

• Review contractor submissions to ensure compliance with BEYOND requirements and construction standards.

• Evaluate materials, finalize selections in coordination with the development and design teams, and ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate and manage design changes and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee the shift from design to construction while ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.

• Collaborate with the commercial team on procurement strategy, from vendor list selection to final vendor selection.

• Propose value engineering solutions for packages exceeding the budget while maintaining aesthetic and design vision.

• Supervise site activities, conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address risks or delays.

• Ensure stakeholders adhere to health and safety requirements and manage overall consultant and contractor relationships.

• Track material delivery and resolve any delays in collaboration with suppliers and contractors.

• Oversee procurement and material delivery strategies and ensure timely availability.

• Manage risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proper payment processes.

• Provide updates to project directors and stakeholders, ensuring progress is aligned with approved designs and specifications.

• Finalize and deliver the finished product to the client, ensuring all post-occupancy issues are addressed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• 8+ years of experience in a similar project management role.

• Project Management experience, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD Viewer.

• Ability to manage programs designed by Primavera.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
