Tiger Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong leadership, detailed project planning, and the ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contracting and construction, with expertise in managing large-scale projects and a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects; ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, contractors) and allocate resources to optimize performance. Mentor junior team members.

• Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients and provide regular updates; manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Cost and Risk Management: Monitor project expenses and manage financial resources; identify and mitigate risks; document change orders.

• Compliance: Ensure projects meet local construction regulations, obtain permits, approvals, and manage inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.

• Experience: 15-20 years in contracting and construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Track Record: Proven success in delivering large-scale construction projects.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations.
