WeAreAspire is working with a leading luxury shopfitting contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager. The role involves overseeing and delivering high-end turnkey fit-out projects across the region, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and delays.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Apply technical expertise in furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and design software (AutoCAD proficiency required).

Lead on-site activities, quality control, and inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience managing turnkey fit-out or furniture manufacturing projects, ideally in the luxury or retail space.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).

Expertise in AutoCAD or similar design tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
