Project Manager
Alpaca Sharjah , UAE

Alpaca, a leading US-based brokerage infrastructure technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project management for enterprise integrations. This role will involve coordinating with global enterprise customers, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca’s brokerage APIs (equities, crypto, options, etc.).

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (product, engineering, compliance) to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, customer success) to resolve issues and align resources.

  • Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, track project status, risks, and dependencies, and report updates to internal leadership.

  • Help partners navigate onboarding requirements, including KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.

  • Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks for future partner integrations.

  • Be the voice of the customer internally, representing the customer’s context to leadership and various teams at Alpaca.

  • Stay updated on product development timelines and work closely with technical teams to roll out new features to partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with English-speaking clients.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work with customers globally.

  • Familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.

  • Experience with communication and project management tools (Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Google Workspace).

  • Experience with modern APIs (REST, Websockets, Server-Sent Events), issue management (JIRA), and API logging tools (Postman, curl).

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales and customer success background.

  • Training/enablement experience.

  • Brokerage or crypto experience.

  • Technical background, including familiarity with Metabase and modern APIs.
