Unified Microsystems is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and ELV system projects. This includes structured cabling, CCTV, access control, audiovisual (AV/VC) installations, and related technology deployments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to managing budgets, timelines, risks, and client expectations. This role is essential to maintaining Unified Microsystems’ promise: delivering projects on time, right the first time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

• Lead and coordinate internal teams such as Project Engineers, Coordinators, and Cabling Technicians.

• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring all installations align with project specifications and standards.

• Manage subcontractors and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality protocols.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial targets.

• Collaborate with the procurement team for timely material and equipment delivery.

• Approve and manage change requests, variations, and scope adjustments.

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including site reports, test results, and as-built drawings.

• Manage final inspections, address snag lists, and coordinate smooth project handovers.

• Archive project files and documentation for internal records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure and/or ELV sectors.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Strong technical expertise in structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV/VC systems, and wireless infrastructure.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with superior multitasking, time management, and planning abilities.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple concurrent projects.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
