Al Anamil Design & Artwork L.L.C. is a high-end joinery and bespoke furniture company based in the UAE, specializing in custom-made furniture, walk-in wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and statement pieces. We craft timeless, high-quality furniture pieces that reflect craftsmanship and elegance. As we continue to grow, we seek a proactive Project Manager to lead bespoke joinery and custom furniture projects from concept to completion. The Project Manager will work closely with architects, designers, clients, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct site surveys, develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources. Collaborate with architects, designers, clients, and contractors to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.

  • Design & Technical Oversight: Review and approve design concepts, CAD drawings, and specifications. Ensure that joinery work aligns with architectural plans and meets design and functional expectations. Oversee material procurement, ensuring high-quality finishes.

  • Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and installation. Supervise carpentry teams and monitor site activities for quality control and safety. Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges on-site.

  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and industry best practices, enforcing safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Team Management & Communication: Lead and supervise carpenters, designers, and subcontractors. Monitor performance, conduct progress meetings, and mentor team members. Train junior designers and project staff.

  • Financial & Reporting Responsibilities: Monitor project expenses, implement cost-effective solutions, and manage change orders. Provide financial reports and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.

  • Experience in managing teams and demonstrating leadership skills.

  • Strong background in project management within the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
