The Project Manager for Electronic Platforms at Nextcare is responsible for managing the transition and implementation of regulatory projects related to medical provider management, particularly focusing on electronic claims processes and systems across the GCC and MEA regions. This role involves ensuring compliance with local laws, integrating regulatory systems, and overseeing the successful execution of platform transitions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of medical coding systems and regulatory requirements for e-platforms in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:

Manage the transition of regulatory platforms, ensuring compliance with local laws and integration of systems for Medical Provider Management.

Lead and manage projects related to electronic post office systems (e.g., DHPO, Shafafiya, Riayati, NPHEIS, Damani).

Align electronic claims processes with business objectives and compliance standards.

Attend regulatory workshops, training, and seminars to stay updated on changes and ensure proper implementation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external regulators to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversee the integration of coding systems, ensuring a cost-neutral impact during the transition to electronic claims.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide timely updates to management.

Train teams on coding standards, including CPT, ICD, Australian coding (ACHI), DRG, E&M, and modifiers.

Ensure business continuity and service levels within the region.

Lead local, regional, and global regulatory projects as required by the business.
Skills Required:

Extensive knowledge of local regulatory e-platforms and medical coding systems.

Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Proven experience in managing platform transitions and regulatory compliance.

Strong understanding of electronic claims processes and regulatory requirements.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, CIC, COC, CCA, HCPCS).

Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are an advantage.

Flexibility to travel internationally as required for project execution.
