KBR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to manage multiple Task Orders on a major consultancy programme in Dubai, UAE. The role will involve overseeing project deliverables, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with technical, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with clients, coordinating team inputs, and developing best practices for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of delivering multiple Task Orders within the project.

• Ensure project goals, schedules, and deliverables are clearly understood and met.

• Develop and manage requirements matrices, schedules, and resource profiles.

• Interface with team members to meet overall project objectives.

• Oversee the establishment and execution of standards, policies, and procedures.

• Coordinate and manage client reporting for multiple Task Orders.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.

• At least 8 years of overall relevant experience, with 5 years in project roles.

• Minimum of 3 years regional experience (preferably in the UAE or Middle East).

• Strong understanding of engineering and commercial aspects of major asset and civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent report writing skills.

• Fluency in English, with Arabic speaking skills being advantageous.
