Presight, a leading AI-powered big data analytics company under Abu Dhabi’s G42 group, is hiring a Project Manager to drive impactful project delivery across its customer base. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the UAE, where you’ll serve as the key business contact between Presight and its clients—managing project execution, fostering customer relationships, and delivering innovative analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customers, understanding business needs and aligning project delivery accordingly

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and milestone setting to execution and reporting

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet project timelines and quality standards

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Engage customers in defining project deliverables and success metrics

• Facilitate technical discussions, manage risks, and resolve customer issues through escalation processes

• Report project progress and key performance indicators to senior leadership

• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and process optimizations

• Comply with internal policies related to quality, security, risk, and governance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (PMP certification or advanced degree preferred)

• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally within AI, analytics, or tech service environments

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong understanding of AI trends and analytics platforms

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% based on project requirements
