Rise Hospitality is hiring a Project Management Intern to assist with the planning, coordination, and supervision of retail and F&B construction projects. The intern will support tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The role includes site visits, assisting with procurement and material tracking, and preparing progress reports and presentations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil/MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, along with basic knowledge of construction processes and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination of retail and F&B construction projects.

• Track project progress and help maintain documentation.

• Visit construction sites for supervision and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Help organize permits, approvals, and project documentation.

• Support procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination.

• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed degree in Civil/MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

• Basic knowledge of retail, F&B construction processes, fit-outs, and MEP works.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
