Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Lead (Data Analytics) to oversee and manage projects remotely from start to finish. This full-time position involves coordinating teams, managing resources, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The Project Lead will also lead training initiatives, evaluate project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain communication and alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven project management expertise including resource management, planning, and progress tracking.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

• Technical knowledge in Data Strategy, Data Engineering, and Intelligent Automation.

• Experience with Research & Analysis and AI technologies.

• Ability to design and deliver effective training and development programs.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
