We are currently seeking a full-time Project Lead to join our team on-site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role involves coordination with interdisciplinary teams, direct client interaction, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day project operations

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects based on deadlines and budget constraints

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and risk mitigation strategies

• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and budgeting

• Strong technical and engineering background

• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills

• Skilled in client interaction and stakeholder communication

• Proficient in risk analysis and problem-solving

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)

• Previous experience in the industrial sector is a plus
