We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (UAE National) to support site engineering activities and ensure successful project execution. This role involves coordinating with engineering teams, monitoring project performance, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project tasks align with design specifications and timelines

• Support daily site operations and engineering activities

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders

• Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions

Cost & Resource Management

• Assist in managing project budgets and maintaining cost control

• Monitor resource utilization and optimize efficiency

Issue Resolution

• Identify project risks, constraints, and technical challenges

• Work with teams to implement effective solutions

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations

• Promote safe working practices across the project site

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• Must be a UAE National

• Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations

• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
