The ideal candidate will manage risk, change, and stakeholder engagement, while overseeing project lifecycles, budgets, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Support medium-to-large scale projects in the Power Transmission Industry.
• Manage risk, change, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Prepare project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate governance.
• Review and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Set up project schedules, milestones, and KPIs, continuously monitoring progress.
• Ensure successful project completion, including final acceptance tests and documentation.
• Adhere to Siemens Energy Business Conduct Guidelines, including EHS compliance.

Skills Required:

• University degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• PMP/IPMA or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience with utilities or EPCs in the MENA region.
• Strong understanding of project execution methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of high and medium voltage equipment maintenance (GIS, transformers, control, and protection systems).
• Experience in contract management, outage planning, and execution.
• Familiarity with offer and tendering processes.
• Driving license and own transportation.
• Fluent English skills; ability to work in a multicultural team.
