Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Engineer – Civil to oversee complex construction activities with a primary focus on bridge construction, aluminum cladding, and interior finishing works. This role ensures that all project activities are executed in line with approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in site coordination, technical oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site civil works in line with project specifications and drawings

• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones

Bridge Construction Management

• Oversee bridge concrete works including formwork, reinforcement, and casting

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best construction practices

Cladding & Finishing Works

• Supervise installation of aluminum cladding systems

• Manage interior finishing works to meet design and quality requirements

Technical Coordination

• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Quality & Compliance

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures

• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (e.g., RTA, DM)

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures

• Promote a safe working environment across all site activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction projects (UAE experience preferred)

• Proven expertise in:

  • Bridge construction and concrete works

  • Aluminum cladding systems

  • Interior finishing works

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes

• Proficiency in project reporting and documentation

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
