Otis Elevator Co. is hiring a Project Engineer to manage and oversee elevator and escalator installation projects in Dubai. The role involves pre-installation coordination, site management, technical planning, and end-to-end project execution in alignment with safety, quality, and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all pre-installation work including material follow-up and shaft readiness.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for technical approvals and logistics.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and attend site meetings.

• Oversee installation progress and ensure safety compliance.

• Conduct quality inspections, risk assessments, and ensure LV interface readiness.

• Handle project budgeting, procurement, and cost reviews.

• Facilitate timely submission of payment applications and client handover.

• Address material discrepancies, provide technical support to installation teams.

• Ensure documentation and drawings are available throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong technical and project management skills in construction or elevator/escalator installation.

• Proficient in MS Projects, Primavera, or equivalent project tracking tools.

• Experience in coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Understanding of installation safety standards and QA/QC processes.

• Excellent communication, planning, and reporting capabilities.
