Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to delivery.

• Oversee complex, multi-billion-dirham residential and mixed-use developments.

• Manage coordination between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within budget.

• Implement strategic leadership and operational control on multi-phase developments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in delivering major projects for Tier 1 developers or top-tier PMC firms (client-side experience).

• Deep knowledge of the UAE construction and development ecosystem.

• Strong commercial awareness, risk management, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.

• Extensive experience with large-scale, high-impact real estate developments.
