Parsons Corporation is hiring a Project Director for their Dubai operations, offering a full-time, on-site role for a dynamic and seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure and roads projects. This position involves overall responsibility for technical, financial, and administrative project execution while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and client expectations.

As a Project Director, you will supervise and coordinate a multi-disciplinary project team, oversee compliance with safety and quality plans, and act as the primary liaison with clients and subcontractors. This high-impact leadership role requires someone with excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills, capable of managing large-scale projects and driving their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all phases of the project lifecycle

• Oversee development and implementation of execution, safety, and quality plans

• Assign responsibilities to key team members and ensure delivery as per plans

• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors

• Monitor and report progress, risks, and budget adherence to senior management

• Represent the company in client meetings and public regulatory interactions

• Mobilize internal resources to ensure timely project delivery

• Maintain compliance with internal and client reporting standards

• Drive project excellence through quality assurance and cost control

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience on large-scale infrastructure or roads projects

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Chartered Engineering status or Professional Registration (preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience with procurement and construction management

• Familiarity with industry regulations and engineering technologies

• Parsons project management certification or ability to obtain it
