We are hiring an experienced and motivated Project Development Lead to spearhead high-impact real estate and infrastructure projects across the UAE. This role involves managing the full development lifecycle—from project inception and feasibility analysis to land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and financial closure.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early-stage project development, with hands-on experience navigating permitting processes, building strategic partnerships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including legal, financial, and technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential project opportunities in line with company strategy.

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies (technical, financial, and regulatory).

• Develop business cases, investment memos, and project briefs for internal approval.

• Manage project roadmaps, deliverables, timelines, and risk assessments.

• Oversee permitting, land procurement, and coordination with relevant government authorities.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Support legal and commercial structuring of projects (term sheets, JVs, agreements).

• Lead internal coordination and external stakeholder communication.

• Report on project progress, key risks, and development milestones to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

• 5–10 years of proven experience in project development within the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.

• Strong understanding of permitting, land acquisition, and stakeholder engagement in the UAE/GCC.

• Solid knowledge of project finance and development structuring.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Flexible to travel as needed.

Salary:

AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
