About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Project Coordinator (UAE National) to support the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across construction projects. The role ensures efficient collaboration between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients while maintaining compliance with technical, contractual, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination

Coordinate daily site activities related to Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.

Monitor project progress, preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) works, and key milestones.

Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules.

Support the Project Manager in tracking manpower deployment and material usage.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Generate daily and weekly site reports.

Compile and submit progress reports.

Coordinate material submittals and maintain accurate project records.

Ensure proper documentation in compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements

UAE National (valid UAE Family Book required).

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
