RAK ICC is looking for a Project Coordinator (UAE National) to support project management and senior leadership. This role involves organizing meetings, tracking action items, and managing communication with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution. The position requires strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

Organize and attend meetings, distributing minutes and action items

Conduct detailed research on clients, companies, and project topics

Summarize key points to facilitate decision-making and ensure timely follow-ups
-
Build and maintain relationships with department heads and stakeholders
-
Act as the first point of contact for minor to medium-level stakeholder issues
-
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns
-
Manage an action item tracker for leadership follow-ups and deadlines
-
Support managers with research for meetings and special projects
-
Provide insights and data to prepare leadership for events and discussions
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
-
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support

Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
