Project Coordinator (Emiratisation)

Apave International is hiring a Project Coordinator (Emiratisation) to manage day-to-day administrative operations and project execution across the assigned geographic area. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and accurate reporting. Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of project administration experience, this full-time, on-site role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and general operations.

  • Prepare client quotations and coordinate project scheduling and staffing.

  • Review sub-contractor reports and ensure timely submission to clients.

  • Follow up on project progress to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

  • Resolve client issues related to scope, quality, or billing.

  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements and revenue margin reports.

  • Handle other duties as assigned to support project execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project administration.

  • Solid understanding of office procedures and client billing processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, D365).

  • Strong prioritization skills for fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Core competencies: Communication, planning, organizing, and time management.
