Job Title: Project Coordinator 

Job Description:

As part of our team, you’ll coordinate the execution of projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate survey preparation and ensure all pre-start requirements for site projects are met.

• Manage site logistics and work coordination, ensuring smooth operations.

• Uphold site safety and quality standards as per regulations.

• Supervise and guide project teams, fostering teamwork and efficient collaboration.

• Control and monitor project costs to stay within budget.

• Oversee procurement for tools, materials, and manpower, ensuring all resources are available on time.

• Deliver projects on time in line with technical agreements and contractual timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic work environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.

• Highly self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software related to project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
