BEEAH Group is hiring a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and assist in driving key initiatives across the organization. Based in Sharjah, this full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence.

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Monitor project milestones and report progress.

Coordinate and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

Draft, review, and finalize reports, documents, and presentations.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Prior experience in an administrative or office role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:

Strong time management and multitasking skills.
