Resume.ae, a division of Amourion Group, is hiring a skilled Project Coordinator to join its Dubai-based team in collaboration with HKS, Inc. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for experienced professionals in architecture and design who possess strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing implementation documentation, coordinating design and engineering teams, and ensuring project delivery aligns with quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination between consultants and technical teams to execute project designs
• Develop and manage production schedules with project leadership
• Prepare and review implementation documents to meet QA/QC and HKS standards
• Conduct code analysis and ensure zoning compliance
• Facilitate internal and external design group interactions and consultant work sessions
• Maintain open communication with clients and guide them through project phases
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate engineering systems and manage approvals
• Prepare presentations, drawings, and clarification sketches for clients
• Conduct product research and assist with material selection
• Monitor risk management and escalate issues when necessary
• Participate in team meetings and on-site visits, documenting project progress

Qualifications:

• Accredited degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
• Architectural Registration (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in high-quality design firms
• Sustainable design accreditation (preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and accessibility guidelines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel as required
