Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description:
We are hiring a highly organized and analytical Project Coordinator to support project execution and drive operational efficiency across our initiatives in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The successful candidate will combine strong coordination skills with data insight capabilities to help deliver projects on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless project execution by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling documentation, and supporting administrative, procurement, and logistical needs.

  • Build and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external vendors to foster collaboration and alignment.

  • Track project deliverables, monitor deadlines, and ensure follow-through on tasks to keep project momentum steady.

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, SAP) to streamline operations and support decision-making through basic data analysis.

  • Prepare accurate project reports, document meeting outcomes, and maintain records for process improvement and future reference.

  • Adapt proactively to evolving project demands, resolve challenges quickly, and ensure accountability throughout the execution process.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8 to 15 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from datasets.

  • Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation, database management, and statistical analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SAP, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.

  • Nationalities preferred: GCC countries, Egypt, India, Jordan, Philippines.
