Egis, a global leader in consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services, is hiring a Project Controls Systems Specialist for its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Smartsheet and Power BI tools and responsible for developing scalable reporting and collaboration platforms. This role demands advanced technical skills and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-driven insights for decision-making and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions in Smartsheet using Control Center, Dynamic View, and Portfolio WorkApps.

• Develop automated data workflows with Data Shuttle.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating Smartsheet and other data sources.

• Work closely with teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

• Ensure data governance, integrity, and security across platforms.

• Provide training, documentation, and support for users of Smartsheet and Power BI.

• Resolve technical issues related to workflows, permissions, and system integrations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of advanced experience in Smartsheet (Control Center, Data Shuttle, WorkApps, Dynamic View).

• Strong Power BI expertise including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard creation.

• Experience integrating Smartsheet with Power BI through APIs or connectors.

• Knowledge of data governance, version control, and access management.

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
