About the Role – Project Control Manager:
As a Project Control Manager, you will be integral to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and transport projects in Dubai. You’ll ensure projects are well-planned, budgeted, resourced, and tracked, playing a central role in communication, documentation, and risk mitigation. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, technical teams, and client representatives to keep everything aligned and progressing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets with project managers.

• Cost Management: Monitor budgets and expenses; generate financial reports.

• Risk Assessment: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Resource Coordination: Oversee allocation of personnel, materials, and equipment.

• Progress Tracking: Utilize performance metrics and data analytics to track project health.

• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure ongoing alignment with internal teams and external clients.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality standards and maintain project documentation.

• Change Management: Track changes, prepare claims, and coordinate with contract management teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 15+ years of total experience, with 10+ years in Rail or Metro projects.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Proven track record in infrastructure or construction industry.

• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
