dubizzle is seeking a Project Associate to manage and implement tech and operational projects, including software and application development. This role will involve coordination with various stakeholders, tracking project performance, and ensuring successful project rollout. Candidates should have experience in project management, software development, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, execute, and communicate operational processes and standards for successful project delivery

• Align teams and communicate objectives that support business goals

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project rollout and execution

• Track project success using metrics and provide financial reporting

• Prepare annual budgets and schedules, ensuring corrective actions when necessary

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements

• Oversee the resolution of issues and admin tickets raised

• Stay updated on industry trends in automation and digitalization

• Manage project KPIs and SLAs, tracking performance across teams

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy/Quality Management or related field preferred

• Experience:

  • Experience in high-growth tech/e-commerce companies

  • Proven project management experience, especially in managing internal CRM and software development

  • Agile project management skills

  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork

  • API/Webhook understanding
