Penspen, a leading provider of engineering and project management services in the energy sector, is currently hiring a Project Administrator for its Abu Dhabi office. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing comprehensive document control and administrative support to project teams, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver document control and administrative services in line with project services procedures

Maintain accurate project records using the company’s electronic document management system (EDMS)

Update project-related registers and databases on a regular basis

Coordinate with client representatives on document management-related concerns
-
Support project audits by ensuring that documentation is in conformance with internal procedures and retention policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
-
3–5 years of experience in an administrative role within the oil and gas industry

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Familiarity with EDMS systems is a plus
-
Prior regional experience in the Middle East is an added advantage
-
Arabic-speaking candidates will be given preference
