Role Summary:
Al-Ain News is hiring a Program Producer (UAEN) to create and deliver innovative, high-quality visual and audio content tailored for digital platforms. This role is focused on developing fresh programmatic ideas, overseeing production from concept to delivery, and ensuring content meets editorial and technical standards. The candidate must have a strong background in multimedia journalism and digital video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce engaging multimedia content suitable for digital platforms and social media.

• Continuously evolve video presentation styles to keep pace with audience behavior and industry trends.

• Propose and create unique, non-traditional programming ideas and video templates.

• Lead video content production from research and scriptwriting to technical execution.

• Perform editorial and technical review of all video content prior to publishing.

• Monitor and support the daily production cycle to meet content publishing deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, or a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media production, preferably in news organizations or digital journalism.

• Strong voiceover skills and familiarity with narration techniques.

• Proficient in video editing (Adobe Premiere) and graphic design (Photoshop).

• Experience working with digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.

• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and their video formats.

• Fluency in English (reading and writing).

• UAE Nationals only (UAEN).
