High5 is seeking a Program Manager to join a prestigious government-backed transformation initiative in the UAE. This is a 12-month extendable contract role based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, involving travel between the two cities. The selected candidate will be a key member of the Transformation Office, responsible for managing a high-impact programme comprising 20+ strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage an integrated programme plan across 15+ projects

Identify risks, dependencies, and resource requirements while refining plans based on progress

Establish governance frameworks and set up stakeholder meetings and reporting structures

Track project milestones against targets and maintain dashboards and cost trackers

Generate weekly status reports, highlighting risks, actions, and decisions
-
Follow up on critical project actions, resolve roadblocks, and support procurement processes
-
Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders and present updates to board-level executives
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
PMP certification with expertise in PMO and transformation programme management
-
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation projects
-
Strong cross-functional collaboration across various business units

Proficiency in MS Project, Excel dashboards, and other PM tools
-
Ability to prioritize based on impact vs effort and connect the dots strategically

Arabic language skills are an added advantage
