Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to join the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team in Dubai. This role will focus on driving continuous improvement and managing high-impact logistics projects, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting Amazon’s customer-driven innovations.
Key Responsibilities:

Create roadmaps for project implementation, coordinating with multiple teams.

Set measurable milestones and continuous goals for ongoing programs.

Analyze data to guide project decisions and deliver business insights.

Facilitate meetings with partner teams to track project progress and implement new initiatives.

Document and ensure compliance with project standards.
-
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics and standardization efforts.

Assist with Kaizen Events, providing process expertise to UFG LM stations.
-
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across UFG Stores, ensuring effective implementation.
About The Team:
The ACES team focuses on improving the Amazon Logistics experience, implementing innovative solutions, and raising operational standards. The team works with various Amazon departments to enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven improvements. Recent projects include micro-mobility delivery systems and the integration of electric vehicles for sustainable operations.
Basic Qualifications:

A degree in a related field.

Relevant experience in program management with multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in analyzing quantitative data to inform decision-making.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
