Global Software Solutions Group is hiring a Program Manager to oversee multiple complex projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. The role involves coordinating cross-project activities, managing resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-project activities, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Develop and manage program and project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Monitor and report on progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure quality standards.

Lead program teams, ensuring the required resources and support are provided.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective changes management.
-
Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to ensure high levels of participation.
-
Evaluate program performance and report on key metrics, adjusting plans as necessary.
-
Identify areas for process improvements and innovation within program management practices.
-
Manage strategic engagements with the UAE Central Bank, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
-
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
-
Strong analytical skills to understand complex scenarios and drive decisions.
-
Experience with project management software and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
-
Certification in Program Management (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent).
-
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in program management, ideally within IT and banking industries.

Experience in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
-
Experience working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
-
Proven experience delivering projects for the UAE Central Bank (mandatory).
-
In-depth understanding of banking domain processes, compliance, and technologies.
-
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
-
Strong analytical, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
Notice Period: 30-45 days preferred
