Silkhaus is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and lead key operations across Real Estate, Customer Experience, Live Ops, Maintenance, and Cleaning. In this role, the Program Manager will oversee the quarterly roadmap, performance management, and collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and operational excellence in the short-term rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across various operational departments, ensuring alignment with Silkhaus’ priorities

• Own and build a quarterly roadmap of strategic initiatives, driving execution and ensuring smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs), monitoring and ensuring consistent progress

• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities, and areas for innovation within Silkhaus’ operating model

• Serve as a bridge across teams, fostering accountability and structured execution in a fast-moving environment

• Support leadership in tracking and achieving operational objectives

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or program management roles, preferably in high-growth tech or real estate environments

• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to execution

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in building and implementing performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs)

• Excellent project management skills and ability to execute complex roadmaps

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management sectors is a strong plus
