Sharaf DG, a leading retail and services brand in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for professionals with strong experience in credit card sales management and team leadership.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) by driving revenue growth and controlling costs.

Recruit, train, and lead sales teams positioned in Sharaf DG stores, while exploring opportunities for business expansion.

Train, coach, and mentor sales personnel to enhance quality performance, approval rates, and premium card mix where applicable.

Ensure strict adherence to sales quality, regulatory requirements, and bank guidelines.

Reconcile daily and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports with partner banks to avoid sales leakages.

Share daily and monthly MIS reports with internal management stakeholders.
-
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payables.

Maintain effective communication and relationship management with third-party manpower providers and other partners.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card sales from a banking background.

Proven team management experience is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
