Check Point Software Technologies, a global leader in cybersecurity, is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to join its expert team in Dubai. This role involves delivering remote and on-site consulting services across the GCC and Turkey, including design, implementation, and training. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IP-based networks, Check Point security products, and network infrastructure, and will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
– Act as a designated PS consultant for Turkey and GCC (with ~25% travel).
– Deliver remote and on-site consulting services, including solution design, implementation, and training.
– Serve as a Check Point advocate, ensuring customer satisfaction and solution success.
– Collaborate with local teams to align services with client needs.
– Lead end-to-end security projects, including documentation (LLD/HLD).
Requirements:
– Experience: 8+ years in IP-based networks (TCP/IP), network design, and IT security products.
– Technical Skills:
– Strong background in Check Point security products (mandatory).
– Solid understanding of routing, switching, load balancing, and security tools (firewall, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus, Application Control).
– Extensive troubleshooting experience.
– Familiarity with VSX and MDS is a plus.
– Soft Skills:
– Customer-oriented with face-to-face service experience.
– Experience in training delivery is an advantage.
– Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
