Key Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful and original flower arrangements for various occasions.

• Use floral design and decoration techniques to meet client needs.

• Assist customers with floral selections and provide excellent service.

• Ensure all displays are appealing, fresh, and well-maintained.

• Maintain inventory and care for flowers and materials.

• Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill custom orders and event decorations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in flower arrangements and floral design.

• Strong creativity and artistic flair.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in event decoration is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)
