Culligan International, a global leader in water treatment, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for its bottled water operations in Dubai. The role involves managing plant operations, ensuring production goals, maintaining product quality, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant production goals and implement systems to meet production plans.

• Ensure product quality and identify quality improvement programs.

• Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy, including procurement, materials deployment, production, and delivery.

• Lead and motivate staff through training, appraisal, and effective communication.

• Maintain a clean and safe plant, implement maintenance strategies, SOPs, and monitor working conditions.

• Maintain necessary records for effective monitoring of production processes.

• Engage effectively with stakeholders including regulatory authorities, customers, and host communities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering (B.Eng/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering).

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

• Hands-on knowledge of bottled water plant and machinery.

• Fluent in English and Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil.

• Food/Beverage manufacturing experience preferred (3+ years).

Required Skills:

• Strong planning, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional integration.

• Effective stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

• High sense of urgency, visible leadership, and safety champion mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Access.
