The role involves overseeing signage production operations, managing teams, ensuring quality and timely project delivery, and coordinating across departments.

💰 Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production of indoor and outdoor signage projects.

• Manage and motivate a team of printers, fabricators, and installers.

• Ensure quality control, efficiency, and on-time delivery of projects.

• Collaborate with sales and design teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor material usage and maintain cost-effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in signage/advertising production or a related field.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English to interact effectively with team and clients.

• Solid knowledge of signage fabrication, materials, and finishing.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.) is a plus.
